Car finance

If you have a Car finance agreement taken out prior to 2007 our barristers are able to review the contract to establish whether there is any irregularity within the contract that may entitle you to some form of compensation. Even if the car finance agreement has been redeemed we will still be able to review the contract and make a claim against the lender if an irregularity is found.

If the contract is found to contain irregularities and depending on the severity of the breach remedies our solicitors would pursue include:

The fee is fully refundable if the barrister finds no irregularity within the contract during the vetting process.
