About Triple S Legal Services Limited

Triple S Legal Services was formed to allow clients to validate or challenge their financial contracts that were written under the Consumer Credit Act.

We have formed strategic partnerships with a network of barristers, solicitors and other legal professionals that enable us to offer an efficient service at a competitive price.

A suitably qualified individual will personally review each contract and as a result we do not use an automated underwriting process. The purpose of this is to establish if the Personal loan, Credit card, Secured loan or Car finance agreement has been written in breach of legislation.

The initial process of reviewing your financial contract will take up to 28 days. If, after this period, the barrister deems that the contract is valid we will fully refund your vetting fee, less a £50 administration fee. If the contract breaches the legislation then we will challenge your agreement through the correct legal channels.
